Question about window well repair in Toronto
Has anyone else noticed that heavy downpours always seem to test the absolute weakest points of a home foundation? During that huge storm last week, our downspout overflowed directly into our side yard, and a couple of inches of water pooled inside our basement window well. Luckily the glass held, but it was way too close for comfort. A buddy at work told me that if the window well isn't tied into the weeping tile correctly, it’s basically a bucket waiting to fill up. I’ve been looking into the process for window well repair in Toronto on the site https://leaquida.ca/window-well-waterproofing-toronto/ because they seem to have great reviews for fixing the actual drainage line underneath. Has anyone used them for window well covers and gravel replacements recently?
